Vince has been in the health and wellness field for over 18 years and confidently takes on seemingly impossible cases on a day to day basis. In 2012, Vince opened Nutrition Dynamic (now Vidal), a client-centered care service that prioritizes natural practices. Vidal operates nationwide and offers a range of nutrition programs, including top-of-the-line sports performance programming and disease management programs. The ultimate goal at ND is to impact global health, one coach, and one client at a time.

He has helped hundreds of physicians in the midwest bring natural based programs to their office with the latest in natural technology and coaching to help their patients. Specializing in the areas of metabolism, gut health, auto immunity, blood sugars, weight management, fibromyalgia, and PCOS, Vince has helped develop programs that have transformed tens of thousands of lives across the world.

Despite building the largest 1:1 health coaching company in the United States, Vince's passion to create, change, and transform the health industry extends beyond the lives of Nutrition Dynamic's clients. In 2020, he developed Metabolic Mentor University (MMU), a coaching institute designed to teach dietitians, nutritionists, personal trainers, and health coaches how to become the best in the industry. Vince's dedication to change how future health programs are delivered forever is carried out at MMU through his unmatched investment in the doctors, coaches, and dietitians of the future.

She is the Director of Health Coaching and Education at Vidal, formerly known as Nutrition Dynamic, one of the top health coaching companies in the United States. Her expertise is additionally sought after by emerging coaches in the field of Functional Nutrition through her work with Metabolic Mentor University. Specializing in women's health and fertility, Kristen offers individualized services through her functional Trying To Conceive courses and Period Health Programs at Nutrition Dynamic.

Driven by her mission to create a lasting impact, Kristen is passionate in education, advocacy and empowerment on an individual's health journey. Dedicated to the well-being of her clients, coaches, and the global community, Kristen helps them achieve optimal health and vitality through holistic solutions.

After being in the fitness industry, hitting burnout, and going through SIBO & other gut issues, acne, androgen dominance, and blood sugar issues, she worked with Nutrition Dynamic to heal her gut and hormones naturally, and now it's her mission to help women create a lifestyle that supports their internal health, vitality, and creativity.
